BOOKINGS

 All bookings will be held on provisional basis for 3 days before release until receipt of deposit payment. 

PAYMENT POLICY  (BANK TRANSFERS/EMAIL OR SECURE PAYMENT LINK)

A deposit of 50% must be made to confirming your booking. Upon receipt of payment by InAfrica Safaris, a receipt reflecting deposit paid before any binding contract exists will be sent together with booking confirmation. The outstanding balance must be paid 30 days on or before the traveling date (or by an alternative written date agreed between the client and InAfrica Safaris.)  All bookings which are made 30 days before the traveling dates must be paid within 3 days to confirm the booking, unless there is written alternative arrangements with InAfrica Safaris.

WEBSITE PAYMENTS

All the bookings made directly on our website booking engine will be charged 100% to confirm the booking.  

CHILD POLICY 

  • Children aged 12 years and above are charged full adult rate
  • Children aged between 11 years and 3 years are charged Half Adult price rate.
  • Children aged 2 years and below will stay or enjoy their booked services free of charge
  • Some activities may have child/age restrictions – Please check age restrictions with InAfrica Safaris before confirmation of the booking.

CANCELLATION POLICIES  

In most cases we are bound to adhere or controlled by the T&Cs of the involved service providers with their individual cancellation policies which can differ from supplier to another. We have detailed our cancellation and refund policies below. Please read them and ensure that you are satisfied with them before committing. Below are our T&Cs

 In the event of the booking cancelling, our cancellation policies are as follows:

  • 61 days or more – 100% refund
  • 60 to 30 days prior to arrival – 50% refund
  • 29 to 14 days before arrival – 25% refund
  • 13 to 7 days before arrival – 10% refund
  • 6 days or in case of NO SHOWS attract a 100% cancellation fee

Tailor-made tours may be subject to alternative cancellation terms, which will be communicated to applicable clients at the time of booking. 

 N.B All cancellations must be in writing and made by the person who made the booking.

COVID-19 CANCELLATION POLICY 

In cases where a client is prevented from taking up their booking (Governmental Covid-19 regulations & Pandemic related incidents), all cancellation costs will be waived and the client may postpone their trip free of charge for up to a year after the travel date. Postponed bookings will however be subject to applicable rates once released.   

 Bookings travelling in 2022 are eligible for waived cancellation costs & postponement on the below basis: 

  • The Government in the client’s country of origin imposes a travel ban and clients are unable to travel.
  • The Zimbabwean Government imposes a travel ban and clients are unable to travel
  • International Flights are cancelled due to government Covid-19 regulations
  • Guests are prevented from boarding a flight on account of health screening (written proof required)
  • Clients have contracted Covid-19 prior to arrival and are unable to travel (positive test result copy required)
